How Do I Arrange a Granny Annexe Visit?
If you are at the start of your buying journey and still aren’t 100% sure on the type of annexe you would like – remember we have several styles to choose from, then the first part of the process is to book a consultation with one of our granny annexe experts.
Your consultant will visit you at home to be able to fully understand your requirements and make recommendations. This includes measuring your garden, discussing your budget, any special needs you may have or custom work that may need carrying out.
Once you’ve got a clear idea of the type of annexe you would like, our consultant will check amongst the iHUS community to see which annexe closest meets your needs. They will then contact the community member to arrange a viewing at a time and date agreed by you. You will then be free to visit our community member; view their home and ask them all the questions you are bound to have.
