Annexe Planning Permission
A key part of our service is obtaining the necessary permissions from your Local Planning Authority (LPA) to build your luxury granny annexe, which we achieve with a with a 90% success rate.
A householder planning application is our preferred method of obtaining permission to build. However, we can also submit a Caravan Act application, which if successful, will result in the LPA issuing a Certificate of Lawfulness (COL) — the permission we need to build.

We design and build all annexe structures at our production facility in South Yorkshire, sourcing a wide range of fixtures and fittings to suit the exacting needs of our clients.
Our HUSCore range offers a wide choice of one and two-bedroom annexes from just £67,800. Our Contemporary annexes deliver the premium specification of a modern penthouse apartment. Plus, we build a wealth of custom annexes, if you want something truly bespoke.
Quick & Efficient Process
Once we’ve received permission to build from the Local Planning Authority (LPA), we agree a start date with you. A typical annexe takes just seven weeks to build.
This covers everything – from the on-site groundworks and delivery of materials to the final inspection and handover of keys.
